No preview on Batch Encoding using TMPGENC

when I using batch encoding (SVCD, 2passVBR)in TEMPGENC I got black screen on preview windows. but when I change back to CBR. I got video preview while encoding. both settings are create a output mpg2 file without problem. what am I doing wrong?

nothing wrong...you wont see the preview until the second pass=after 50% of the total encoding.

In other words. . . if you know for sure approx how many hours
your total encoding time will be, for example, 8 hours, then you
wont see any video in preview till 4 hours has past or 50% in
the preview window - at best. I don't use 2pass. I can live
without it. I do many encodes, so 2pass would make me wanna
draw my pants and lay on my tummy, he, he...

I use cq_vbr.
