STOMP THIS!!!!

any thoughts on this? my boy is having some probs with this..i am thinking he needs to check the task manger , but me thinks he already did that...he is using stomp record now max (dont know which version) any and all help is appreciated!

it was working fine all day the other day, then all of a sudden that night i was trying to burn a game and what it does is copies and says read completely, then i put in a blank disk, then it says copy complete, but when i take out the disk, it has wrote a little bit, then it skips and then it is wrote on again at the end of the disk..... i have had this problem before and it was some other application interfering with it, but i made sure everything was closed last night and it did it again

DMA or master slave setting on the burner. Should be master, DMA on.
