What is the best capture card?

What is the best capture card out there that gives the best picture quality? A card that works best when converting from a vhs to dvd? I don't wan't a big program to come with it but a simple but have all the technical features you would need. Any suggestions????

This is a really bad post. It is like asking what is the best sports car.

There are hundreds of posts here and comments under the capture cards section, where people say what they like and dislike.

If you narrow down to a few, maybe you could at least do a poll or ask what people think between them.


By the way, what sports car should I buy?
