    Is there a way to view the mpeg as it would appear on TV before writing to CD? I have been using this program called MainConcept MPEG Encoder 1.4 and everytime it encodes a SVCD the picture looks zoomed in and erratic.

    Media player would allow you to view it like it would be on the tv. Thats what I do.
