  1. Well I managed burn the movie on CD in SVCD format when I had for source file as Xvid avi with AC3 audio. Extracted audio stream in VirtualDub and converted it to wave file in HeadAC3he. But now I have different situation I have source file as AVICodec says - video: 611 MB, 884 Kbps, 23.976 fps, 592*256 (2.21:1), XVID = XVID Mpeg-4, Supported
    and
    audio: 88 MB, 128 Kbps, 48000 Hz, 2 channels, 0x55 = MPEG Layer-3, Supported
I certainly want to add subtitles so I start VirtualDub will select filters and start frameserving saving file anything.vdr.avi.
Now I open TMPGEnc and start the project. For videosource Ill select the created vdr file, audio is the same and outputfile mpg. I start encoding but when I open the created file the audio is out of sync.
    Ok now I did differently.
I extracted audiostream with VirtualDub and second time with Goldwave.
First time I made a wave file and second time mp3 file. First time starting encoding I got again out of sync result. But secont time TMPGEnc was not able to add mp3 audio stream as an audiosource. It sayd like file ...location/filename.mp3 could not open, not supported.
What am I doing wrong. How to I get the audio, subtitles and video in sync with that source file. What I am donig wrong, do I miss codecs or i am skipping something here...?
    Anybody who can help!!!

  4. ooopps what I told you wasnt wrong but tmpgenc requires for audio input a WAV file then tmpgenc converts the wav to mp2. It then muxs (interleaves) the audio and the video together. If you convert the wav to mp2 using besweet you will need to still use tmpgenc to multiplex (mux) your video and audio(mp2) .
