Hi,
I want to maintain PQ during video convertion and here is what i am using:
I am using AVS VideoConverter 2.5 to covert VOB to MEPG 2 and using AVI codec to find out VOB's bitrate, frame size, frame rate etc.
From AVS VideoConverter, i can edit bitrate, frame size, frame rate etc to match exactly as my original VOB files format. But i was wondering if i do that way is it going to maintain same picture PQ after i covert to MEPG 2 format? What about if i change to higher bit rate or frame size? Is it going to covert better MEPG 2 than original VOB format in terms of PQ?
Which methods will give me better or maintain same PQ after convertion to MPEG 2?
