Is this a "Will Hay cookie issue"?

I've tried relaoding each page but it doesn't go away.
The forum page show's Craig has made the last post in the 'I think Gees has dies' thread, yet it's not Craig who's made the last post.
As I say I've refreshed both pages but

If so, I do that each evening (so my boss can't see what I do all day)

I think I can shed some light on this, seems to be a glitch with the forum. Similar to Deja vu in the Matrix.

I tried posting in that thread yesterday, but it timed out for some reason. I then pressed the back button and tried to resubmit but I got the error about double posting even thogh my post had not been accepted.

So it would seem that it accepted that I was the last member to try and post in that thread without actually accepting the message.

I will go there immediately and repost my message and all will be at peace in the universe once more.

No cookie problem. It happens sometime when you post and it doesn't update the latest post in the topic...it especially happens when the site is overlooooaded.

I mentioned this problem in another thread about a month or so ago. It happens every now and then but the odd thing is that it seems to be limited to the "OFF TOPIC" forum. It happened to me the other day as well, but once again, ONLY on the OFF TOPIC forum. I responded to two posts. One here and one in the media section. The post in the media section was bumped and showed me as the last replier, but the one on the OFF TOPIC forum did not get bumped and although my post took, it still showed the last post was by the original poster.

Speaking of which, do we need to start a whip-round to pay for extra bandwidth? Or just have some moderators cruising all threads with 'best' in the title.
