What am I doing wrong!

I have done quite a few dvd backups with no problems, but when I do 'fierce creatures' when I come to play the dvdr on my dvd player I get the message "the disc is not formatted to play in this region" never had this before, the original plays okay. All I have done is use dvd decrypter and burnt it (less that 4gb) using recordnow and copytodvd (neither worked). Have I changed the settings somehow on dvd decrypter? I have posted this problem on other forums and nobody has yet worked out what the problem is.

what region is your 'fierce creatures'???

once you know what region it is, make sure thats the region dvd decrypter is set to.

Its region 2 mate, like all the others I have done have been, so why should this be different. Doesn't dvd decrypter make it multi region?

Yeah dvd decrypter makes it multi region but it has to know which region to unlock it from (in your case region 2)

load up dvd decrpter
select tools
settings
then make sure the RCE Pritection region is set to region 2

after this it should work Give it a try
