  1. I have a hard time deciding what authoring program to chose. I have tried Ulead MF2, and I liked it, but I could not make it keep audio and video in sync and now my evaluation period is up.

TMPGEnc DVD author seems to be almost as easy and a bit more powerfull.
But this one also gives me a little problem:

When played in my stand alone (Pioneer DV-757Ai), the only way to get to the meny is to eject and reinsert the disk. Pressing the menu button does not work.

Is there anybody that can tell me what I am doing wrong??

  3. Thanks for reply, but that was not the problem.

When I insert the disk, I get the menu and can select a track.

What I was trying to ask, is how I can get back to menu when I am playing a track.

Playing disk authored with Ulead MF2, pressing "MENU" on remote brings back the menu on disk.

When playing a disk authored with TMPGEnc DVD, nothing happens when I do that.

Ejecting and reentering disc is the only way I can get to the menu. There must be another way.
