First things first, have you setup NERO's overburning options in the preference window if not do that.

Goto FILE/PREFERENCES/ and in the first window UNCHECK the check for correct cd before burning, the enter a value of 85.00.0 in the RED MARKER window near the bottom but do not hit apply just yet.

Next click on the EXPERT FEATURES TAB at the top, CHECK the ENABLE overburn disc at once recording and in the MAXIMUM CD LENGHT, put something like 99.00.0 this is to cater for the 99minute cdr's if your burner supports them, if not don't worry, if you only entend to burn onto 80minute cdr's this will still work, now hit the apply button.

Now if that don't work, grab yourself VCDImager from the tools section to the left and used that to overburn. IT sholud work no problem because it use's CDRDAO or CDRWIN which are the best overburning software there is.

    Hope that Helps

  4. You should never use Nero to burn a CUE/BIN image of a VCD made with VCDImager (or any other proggy). Nero does not correctly burn CUE/BIN images. Read here: http://www.hvrlab.org./~hvr/vcdimager/nero_bug.html for exactly what Nero does incorrectly.

You should use CDRWin or CDRDAO or Fireburner to burn a CUE/BIN image. These proggies have no problems overburning as long as your media and driver supports it.
