Can't "Build Disc" in DVD Studio Pro

I just finished a project in DVD Studio Proand when I try and "build the Disc" the option won't highlight. I tried another project and the option was available. Is there something I need to do before I can build the disc?

DVD Studio Pro 2 defaults the first play item to Menu 1, even if you havent actually created a Menu 1. If you change your first play item to a track or a chapter, Build Disc should work.

Are you using DVDSP 1.x or 2.x? Does the simulation/preview mode work as expected? It could also be that you've linked invalid files in your movie. If you are using 1.x, are any of the tracks or menus in italics in the window that lists them? I think 2.x prevents you from linking to files it can't use properly.

It's DVD SPRO 2.0. Everything previews fine. I did re-encode 3 of the tracks and re-imported them. The project was building fine before I re-imported the new tracks.

I ended up having to re-build the whole project from scratch. I'd like to know what happened though so I don't run into the same problem in the future.

Save and close Sp, then reopen.
Works for me.
