    I have recently perchased a DVD over the internet (Bad Boys II) - only to realise that it is in NTSC format, but when I ordered it - It said it was PAL.
    I cannot return this DVD to get a refund as the returns period has expired. Is there any way I could convert the NTSC DVD into a PAL DVD. I have a DVD-R burner and Nero 6.0.
    Is there any way I could convert the DVD to an AVI at 25 fps and then back onto a DVD-R? Neither my television or my DVD players play NTSC DVDs - only PAL, I have even tried my playstation to no avail. Could I use a DVD to AVI and then encode it into a PAL MPEG-2 format? Please Help!!!!
