Hey people I'm trying to convert a dual audio track ogm to two seperate avi files (one in english without subtitles and one in japanese with subtitles) But when i demux with virtual dub the subtitles dont even show up in the video stream. How do i get them in there?

You need virtual dub mod to demux the subtitiles. It should be in the tools section. D/L and install it, load your .ogm file, then go to streams, stream list. One of the files listed will be the subtitle file. Just save it as a .srt file. Then you can convert your .avi and hardcode the subtitles.

found out that the ogm came with a seperate ssa subtitle file. I loaded up textsub in vdub and frameserved the whole thing and voila! Tmprgenc encoded it perfect.
