Is this site running a little slow recently?

I have been noticing in the last couple of days that the access time seems to be considerably longer than usual. I have a cable modem so I am kind of spoiled, but something seems different. Is it just my access?

I was just about to post this same question about an hour ago. I too have noticed the slower access times, I have checked other sites to see if it may have been a problem with my dsl service but it only happens to me here. Maybe we just have an extremely large amout of people visiting the site at the same time.

More visitors = slower site.

I'm gonna change to linux and it will hopefully help a bit but it will probably take some weeks...or maybe months. Until then I hope I can get the turck mmcache to work with windows(caching php pages).

The site should respond a bit better know. I did some database cleaning and fixed several slow mysql queries.
