    Hi all,

i've got a dvd film copied in my harddisk, with vob, ifo and bup files, but in that files there is only audio in english and subtitles in another language than my own. I have found the subtitles by another way and I would like now recreate the DVD structure adding the new subtitles... I need help to do it, please.

    thank you.

In what shape are the subs you've "found"? You got to reauthor, so the subs got to be in/ be converted to the subtitle format the authoring application expects.

Then you can reauthor with ifoedit. Convert the subs with sub2sup to IfoEdits .sup subtitle format.

i'm sorry but that subtitles that i told you that were in idx/sub format are not apropiated for the film, I'm sorry for the mistake, but the ones that are correct are in SubRip format. ŋdo you know how to reauthor the DVD with these subtitles?

    thanks again...

SubRip can do quite an impressive amount of different subs. If it's .srt, then srt2sup (haven't tried it myself) sounds like what you need...
