Hekp, need title page from a software for rebate

Well I just bought Pinnacle Studio 8 with a $40$ and a $30 rebate from BestBuy. At register they said it was an upgrade rebate...no problem says I, I have Studio 7. The worst that can happen is I pay Just sales tax (essentially free ). If it's too buggy to use I can reload 7 and continue to use it, NO LOSS!

Well... Its a competitive Manufacturer's rebate! and I don't own any of the required software for the rebate. I have MAJIX software and Movie Factory, but they don't qualify it. So I'm asking for help or I will need to do a return.

They require the original user's manual title page from a previous retail version of any qualifying software title's CD

Afraid I cannot help you. It sounds to me as if you do not qualify for the refund. To help you get something you do not deserve is called complicity. You must know this is wrong, right?
