    The sound fell out when i conwerted a divx file to Mpeg. how do i merge the sound with the movie??

    Hi i got the same problems...Lost sound , after converting Avi to Mpg. I wonder if it depends that the sound is in Mpeg layer 3 format, and the programs cant convert them?? I tested a lot of progs but the same resuls...No sound. Perhaps we have to convert the audio file seperatly to wav. And then Put Video and audio together, as in the manual for TEMPGEnc. No in using Ulead mediastudio pro. But I wish to have a easy program To convert Avi to mpg in one step..Good luck
