lost ifo and bup file

i have been capturing cartoons from sky and authoring them with TMPGEnc and have done several dvds but on the last disc when i try to write the disc i recieve an error saying video-ts.ifo and bup file reqired i have a vts_01_0.ifo and bup file but not the others is there a way of writing this disc .i have deleted the episodes so i only have the vob files

You need those other files. You can revuild the IFO/BUP with IFOEDIT or any other authoring software that will work with VOBs directly(TMPGEN DVD Author or DVD-Lab).
