how to set the Philips DVDR75 in NTSC mode

Hi ..

I've got a Philips DVDR75 and I live in Belgium.

I wanted to copy a VHS movie onto a DVD ...
but the tape is a NTSC one and I live in a PAL region ..

Is there a possibilty to changes anything in the menu of the DVDR75 so
when I copy a NSTC tape onto a DVD it doesn't turn Black and White and shaky all the time ???

Please help THX.
