  1. Thank you! Installing the demo version of WinDVD and then uninstalling (no reboot even) now allows me to watch SVCDs in Media player! Now I can preview my SVCD clips without burning or my lame Dxr3.

    Sefy - you might want to change the "PLAY" HOW TO to reflect this.

    And a HUGE thanks to Baldrick for vcdhelp.com - maybe our finding out how to get free legit SVCD codec by using the WinDVD demo can be useful in the PLAY How to.

  4. I've heard about alot of problems using the WinDVD codec, most notably is the Green Live at the bottom with non-standard VCD/SVCD.
