Hi, I REALLY need help, I received my DW-U14A a day back, and I attempted to burn a DVD-R, but it always quit after 4.44 megs, it would stall then eventually tell me various errors depending on the program (sector write errors, power calibration, etc..)... I then proceeded to flash it to a DRU-510A, it does the exact same thing! It can read DVDs and CDs.. it can even write CDs.. but it always gives up after 4.44MB of writing to a DVD! I need to flash my drive back to a DW-U14A so that I may get a refund or get it replaced, but I am unable to find a dump of the DW-U14A's firmware to force onto my burner, nor am I able to find any utilities such that I used to make it into the DRU-510A. If anyone has ANY ideas as to how I can revert back to the DW-U14A, I would love to hear them!

P.S. Is it possible to rename the drive in the firmware or anything so that the Sony DW-U14A update software recognizes it and can therefore apply the firmware to it?
