    I was to author a dvd with 20 or so individual clips. Before each clip I want to insert a blank screen that I can type in text to introduce the next clip but I have not found a proggy that will do what I am looking for.

    I hope this makes sense to you all. Does anyone know a program that will do what I need?

    TMPG will encode a BMP file (Winbdows Paintbrush) into an MPEG2 stream (really small, since it's static).
