I have posted about this problem a while ago but I got no real response so I am posting again and hoping for some good input. My problem is that during batch encoding a DivX source to SVCD TMPEG encodes the first half of film without any problems. During the second half (the second SVCD output file) it stops after a while displaying an error message saying "Read error occured at address 0001B1C2D of module TMPGEnc.exe with 00000014". I have checked the video for bad frames with Vdub and extracted the audio with Virtula Dub. I have defragged my harddrive where TMPGE puts the tempfile, I have also ran a complete PC Doctor Diagnostics test without any faults and I have enough discspace. I have used TMPGE for a long time without these problems. I run TMPGEnc Plus 2.520.54.163 core version 1.97.151. I have set up TMPGEnc according to Gary's foolproof guide and optimized it for speed acccordign to LordSmurf's guide.Computer details: P4 2 Ghz, 512Mb RAM, XP Home edition SP1. I would be very greatful if anyone could shed some light on this for me, thanks in advance! Lars
