I was talking about this in another thread but I figured I would give it its own thread in case other people have the same problem. Basically, this is what I said in the other post:
Everything I have made in dvdlab today comes out looking really blurry on TV. I have tried everything from a photoshop menu being imported, to basic text with a link, and they all look like crap in the end. Does anyone else have this problem with dvdlab, or know what I am doing wrong? Note that it is just the buttons, etc, that look like crap, the background is fine.
I have tried playing the dvd on the pc, and two stand alone players.

I agree that the text that DVD-Lab generates looks like crap. That is why I make all my menus in Photoshop. I add the text to the menu in Photoshop before I import into DVD-Lab, then I simply make the links in DVD-Lab.
All my menus look excellent with the exception of the very small links I create with DVD-Lab. With that aside, DVD-Lab is a fantastic DVD Authoring App.Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........
