I have made some SVCD movies and I have always some jerk but I know what's my problem and it can help anyone that have this little jerk.
A IMPORTANT RULE !
If you convert a DVD NTSC movie, you must to convert this one to a SVCD NTSC (so 480*480 and 29,97 fps) and not a PAL SCVD (480*576 and 25 fps). This last one create some jerk because a NTSC DVD to a PAL SVCD lost some frames ans you have a little jerk (29.97 - 25 = 4.97 fps losted / each second) !
If I'm wrong, explain me what's the other problem ?
David
