Ok, I have read the guides here, but it is all in another language to me with all these strange programs and whatnot! I have a 30 minute MPEG movie that I would like to put on a DVD-R and watch on my DVD player... What do I need to do and what do I convert to and stuff? Thanks for help...

easiest way = tmpgenc dvd author.
you might have to re-encode the audio to 48khz though
