I read all the guides in this forum and it didn't work for me. I made a motion menu using tscv and put it in a bin/cue file and tried to burn it using nero but it didn't work for some reason (maybe it was because it was an MPEG-2). I then tried making a still menu and tried burning it using burning program they had on it but they said I didn't have a toc file but I did, so I just created regular chapters and burning it on Nero but nothing happened. I keep on getting this error thing. I just want to make chapters on my vcd and maybe put a menu on it later on. Thanks for any input, I've tried doing this for two weeks.

Christ, save yourself the bother and use vcdeasy.. its a five minute job to put chapters on a vcd/svcd. look out for the freeware version if you want free software (TOOLS).
Corned beef is now made to a higher standard than at any time in history.
