    i keep getting thos error message in cce when i hit encode
    couldnt find the appopratie video codec for "div3"

    Do you have the Div3 codec installed?

    DivX5 is backwards compatible with (most) DivX4 stuff, but not 3.

    Have you loaded the file into gSpot?

    The DivX 3 codec is available in the tools section of this site.
