Does anyone know how to convert .cda files into .wav?
Thanks

The .cda files you're seeing on your audio CD cannot be converted to .wavs directly. They're not even audio files, they're just 'markers' reflecting the file system on the audio CD.
To rip the contents of an audio CD, you'll need a ripping app.
I use (and really like) AudioGrabber; I think there's a free version with limited functionality (e.g. it can only rip 6 tracks at a time or something).
There are many others though, I think CDEx is one (freeware) alternative - which many people here seem to recommend highly.

Just found an excellent free program: ExactAudioCopy at www.exactaudiocopy.de. Highly rated at www.cdfreaks.com.
