is it possible that I download the psx game save and burn it on cd, would the memory card recognize it and save it on the memory card?

confuse question, I know, but at lease try to understand.

ex: I download the psx save file and then burn it to a cd.
Will the memory card allow me to pull the save and copy it in the memory card?
