i d/ld a ds9 ep earlier and its an xsvcd mpg2 vbr 720x576 pal. i live in the us so of course i have ntsc tv. when i play it, the bottom 1/3 of the screen shows whats supposed to be at the top 1/3, above the line where it starts though the picture is right, all of it is there.. it gets pretty blocky at times too, definitly a pain to watch.. is there any way i can fix this? could this be because of the pal rez being played onto an ntsc setup? i was thinking of just uncompressing it to large avi and then frameserving it to tmpgenc and making it std ntsc svcd or deinterlacing it and making it 1800cbr 352x240 mpg1 xvcd, but vdub nor tmpgenc will open it to do anything with it. btw i have a pioneer dv-343.. plz help!
