Can't Play my copy directly from my dvd+r (DVD shrink Beta)

Hi, I have problems when I try to play directly my compressed movie(using dvd shrink 3.0 beta) from my HD using "windvdrecorder platinum". If I want to play the movie I need to open a play list and select all the VOB files because if I select video_TS nothing happen, also I cannot play the main menu nor select the languages, subtitle and sound (5.1). But when I open the same movie file in my power dvd I can play the whole compressed movie with all the menus.

What is worse, when I burn the compressed movie into a DVD+R and then try to play it, I need to select all the VOB files in both players-windvdplatinum and the power dvd- I cannot select the video_ts file because nothing happen when I select this file-. I do not know what I'm doing wrong. Another problem is when I compress "Ringu" with the english subtitles, the movie played in Japanese and no english subtitles (I select only english subtitles and deselect the spanish subtitles when I back up the movie).

I need some help baking up my movies and be able to play it in my dvd driver without selecting all the vob files because is frustating to see the movie in several parts. Also, if it is possible, I want to be able to play the same dvd+r in a home dvd player.

Please try this as you need to understand there is a difference between WIN DVD and POWER DVD's method of PLAY from HARD DRIVE

You say you select VIDEO_TS, go inside and highlight VIDEO_TS.IFO
and IT PLAYS in POWER but not WIN

this is correct..
WHEN NAVIGATING in WIN DVD.
DO NOT GO INSIDE THE VIDEO_TS !!!!
just select the folder (not the file inside) and both will work the same

Thank you for your recomendations but I'm still having the same problem.
First of all I cannot select only the folder directly from the windvd, If I select open folder, there is a message saying"the selected folder does not have a valid dvd content". And if I try to open it selceting the folder, there are no "open with" selection; only shows open with winamp or open with media player.
