OK, OK, Ive been reading alot here about the cards. I have an athlon 850, Gigabyte GA-7IXE4 board, nvidia g-force 256 video, pioneer slot 16x dvd, acer 10x writer, WD 60 gig ata 100 7200rpm, Maxtor 12 gig ata 33 5400. I am wanting to make back-up copies of my DVDs in real time using a capture card, I already cam rip them but it takes so long, i am wanting a decent card not the most expensive. Any help would be appreciated. (also my wife is due in Dec. and would like to use my video cam (not digital) to make some vcd's) I dont want to go buy a new cam and stuff if i dont have to. Thanks again.
