dvd x copy platinum problem

I tried using it twice and both times the computer just freezes to death... once it got stuck after 50% and the other time at 30%.
What could be the problem? Is it due to my low RAM which is at 128 mb??

I am gonna try using xpress and see what happens.

Any suggestions ?

This program is a nightmare. I got stuck with it before I found out. If you can't return it, go to the company website and read up in the forums. Make sure you have the latest download of the program. If you bought the retail box and didn't upgrade you are probably at least 2 major patches back. (based on their own forum postings and people screaming they shipped before they should and are trying to solve all the bugs now).

I gave up on mine, might go back and try in a few months. In the meantime I'm using DVDShrink
