  1. ok, i have ripped my recordings from my philips dvd i made.

i had to create new IFO's because of the standalone i was recording on.

    Edited my recordings with DVDShrink

Then i backed it up with DVDShrink.

Opened the VOB's in TMPG DVD Author

    Created A Menu

    DVD is too big

    Created The DVD anyway.

Then I Have to open it in DVDShrink again presume to resize it down.

Do I have to do this all the time if i want to edit my recording's with the Start/End Feature with DVDShrink and Create A Menu with TMPG DVD Author?

Seems to me you're doing too much work.

Why edit and backup with DVDShrink? Just use with TMPGenc DVD Author to edit , create the menu, then the DVD. Then DVDShink if necessary.
