    I have a vcd disc. I want to extract the video from this vcd disc and put this file to dvd. what programs out there can do this?

    This is supposed to be the wrong way to do this but, I just rename them then convert with virtual dub, haven't had any problems.

    VCDGear will extract the DAT to MPEG.
    TMPG Author will take the MPEG and put it on DVD.
