backing up buffy! all files the same!

Hi

Problem: used DVD Shrink to extract first episode from Season 2 Disc 1 on to harddrive. Just main movie file (uncompressed). Then took another episode from Season 2 Disc 3 and did the same. Now I have the following on my harddrive:

Folder 1:

VIDEO_TS.BUP
VIDEO_TS.IFO
VTS_01_0.BUP
VTS_01_0.IFO
VTS_01_1
VTS_01_2

Folder 2:

VIDEO_TS.BUP
VIDEO_TS.IFO
VTS_01_0.BUP
VTS_01_0.IFO
VTS_01_1
VTS_01_2

Now you will see they are the same (so if move on to disc will overwrite each other). So question is how can I burn on same disc Nero? Can I rename the files? Help ASAP?

Open DVD Shrink, open the folder of the first episode from the open file option. click re-author. drag the movie over to the re-author window. now back in the original windo open file again and open the second episode. now drag this movie to the same re-author window. click back-up. DVD shrink will combine them into one set of DVD files. burn as normal.
