trying to convert from divx 23.97 into svcd.
using the NTFSFilm template.
setting the quality to high.
im using tmpegenc 2.0.
but what bitrate calculation to use?
there are three different vbr settings.
which to use. or is the CQ the one?
in the guide they did use CBR but later
when cutting cbr aint in the list. only vbr.
please clear this up...

SEt it up as CQ-VBR at around 2000 Kbps and set minimum to like 1500 and max to 2000. Most movies will fit on two cds and Live action looks really good.
