    Hi, I just got a new P4 1.7 running win 2k pro and a dazzle VC2.

    heres my problem:

    i got the card in the computer, like it said it the install book. then it says to install movie star 4.23 which will also install the drivers for the DVC2 card.

    i did that, but when i reboot hardware manager still detects the card as an unknown PCI multimedia card.

    Do i need to update any drivers or install anything else like DirectX or something else?

    Any Help would be very welcome

    I had the same thing happen to me when I installed my DVC II. I just told it to search for the drivers on the cd and it found everything. The instructions obviously are not written correctly.
