    not sure if it's the correct term but i need help! I'm in the pocess of making a music video (using Premiere) but i cant get the effect that i want. I want to 'frame' a video clip so it'll look like a moving photograph. can anyone help me on this? I really want this effect but so far, i have nothing. Thanks!!!

    like Tommyknocker, I'm not sure if I get exactly what you want.

    but if you want it to look like you have a picture where the image is actually moving, try this:

    - using an image-editing application, make a picture of a picture frame.

    - where the picture would be in the frame, make that area transparent.

    - export it as a .gif or .png file (either format will allow you a tranparent section of an image).

    - import that into Premiere, and overlay that on your video (it's been a while since I used premiere, so I can't tell you exactly how to do it, but the help file should). your moving video should show through the transparent section of the image.

    another way you can do it is to make your image of the picture frame, and make the area where the picture would go a solid color, like bright green or bright blue, and then use chroma keying to make that color transparent, so your video shows through.
