Hello -
I need a capture card that will act ONLY as a capture card, and not interfere with my on-board VGA card. I need to capture at full framerate and resolution. And finally, I need to figure out why in the hell I cannot get a picture on my monitor after haivng performed a clean WinXP home install.
I used a Hauppauge Win-TV Go card for months with the BTWincap drivers, and now I simply can't get a picture. I tried to replace it with an ATI AIW yesterday, but that card insists on being my VGA device and its max resolution is 1280x1024. It's going back to the store today, and I'm trying to find a new one.
I did a clean install due to a whole new RAM configuration and a new monitor. Would a new monitor interfere with getting a picture? BTW, i didn't get a picture with the AIW either.
PLEASE HELP!!!
