    Everytime I bring a .mpg (vcd) file to the window, the
    software says (error not supported) or some files say (video
    error) Do I need to download some other plugins or
    software for TMPENG? Please help me!!! I need to solve this
    problem.

    If the file truly is MPG1 (VCD format) your computer should play it fine. If it's MPG2 you may need to install some DVD player software to get the codec installed.
    Also if the file is corrupt it may not play.

    are you having problems loading mpg files into TMPGEnc?
    Because I am not sure about what window you are talking about
