    Hey All,
    I am looking for a piece of software that will convert my Camcorder AVI's to Mpeg, let me do some DVD Authoring for home movies, possibly setup some transitional slideshows on CD, etc...

    I know Ulead has several programs, but they seem to overlap. Will one of theirs work?

    Videostudio 7
    Mediastudio Pro 7
    Moviefactory 2
    Pictureshow 2
    DVDWorkshop

    how about another???

    Video Studio 7 will convert AVIs to MPEG, make DVDs, (S)VCDs, load images, add transitions to make a slide show presentation.

    seems that Ulead draws a fine line between some of their products...

    example:

    Moviefactory
    Video Studio
    DVD Workshop
    Media Studio

    What is the main discerning difference in each of these??
