    i converted vcds with TMPGEnc using VideoCD (NTSC).mcf Template and i burn it and it not the best.
    so i tryed to rize the bitrate in order to improve the movie
    but the defult of the Template is 1150(bitrate) so i usedunlock.mcf Template but now i couldnt burn it i got error msg.
    how can i solve this problem?
