Stick a spoon in me, they're SKY brand 4x media. Spotty record, with some standalones from what i recall mentioned here. At least they seem to burn fine on the Pioneer 105,for the most part.

  3. I have had a great deal of success with AN31 discs - you like to think those you've got would be a bit better, right ?

I can't say I've tried those, but if you ever come across the AN31, don't let your experience of the 32's put you off trying them. You might be pleasantly surprised.

Yeah, but I'm even too smart to fool myself. The Sky/AN32 discs have been discussed here, before. Consensus for the most part is: CRAP. I've tried samples under the SKY brand with mixed results. I'm sure the AN32 Eworks will be no better. I'll burn them at 2x, instead of 4x for hopefully better results.(First disc was good, so far) Just another case of mediocrity sold under another brand. Who knows maybe they've improved the formula before selling them as Eworks discs. Sure.

No playback issues at ALL? Out of the 10 Sky discs I burned with the Pioneer 105, three had one second hiccups toward the end of the disc. Same results on two standalones and my computer software player.

  8. This disk also come under the name Sonix. Sonix with a X not a C.
They burned at 4x with my Sony and my Plextor without problem. They played fine on my Pioneer and Sony dvd player. I had MAJOR problems with them on my XBOX, PS2, and an APEX player of my friends. Disk not recognized.

    Wont use again.
