Can the "created with Nero" message be removed from menu when making SVCD .This is OK for demo copy but when paying full price it seems ridiculous I should advertise this. Does Photoshop do it when I make still?
Or do I just dont know how to turn it off?

You just don't know how to turn it off

As the others have said, you can just switch that off, or change the text etc..
Alternatively, you could use VCDEasy (and Photoshop or any other graphics program).
(This assumes that you're not using Nero to encode - you'd need to use TMPGEnc or something similar.)
There are guides on how to author your SVCD's - including creating menus - with VCDEasy in the guides section.
You have much more freedom & scope to make customised menus if you do it that way.
Nero's menus are functional, but no more really.
cheers,
mcdruid.
