Ok here is the problem,
I've converted a DVD into a DivX File using InterVideo DVD Copy.
I've checked the file and it works great.
This is actually an Anime with three episodes on the disc so I want to split them up.
I opened the File in VirtualDubMod. Configured it according a guide on doom9.org.
I start the selection in VDUBMOD just after the FBI Warning at a keyframe and then the file cut is at a keyframe in the credits.
Not matter what settings I change the sounds is ALWAYS ahead of the Video. Any Settings you can reccomend I try?
Oh yeah and Boilsoft Video Splitter has the same issue.
Anyone have any idea about settings to try?

I also create divx files from episodic dvd's. I create a different folder for each title or episode. First I decrypt to hard drive, all files. Next I use DVDShrink to create new complete title sets, for each episode (reauthor) in each folder. Then I let InterVideo DVD Copy create the divx file at a specified size. 2 per cd = 345mg 3 per cd = 230mg
I had trouble splitting afterward also.Jim
