appears you have been ripping only DVD-5s...no evidence by your post you have a need to compress any of your rips. lucky you not a whole lot of them around, you know.

  4. When ripping to the hard drive using DVD Decryptor, make sure that you have it in File Mode.

  5. I did this couple of weeks ago. LB2 is a DVD-9. Here's what I did:

    1. Ripped movie to HD using DVD Decryptor
    2. Used re-author mode on DVD-Shrink and made a movie only without the extra audio. I put couple of the bonus materials at the end.
    3. Made an image of the resulting files using IMGTool Classic.
    4. Burnt with DVD Decryptor- iso mode.

One great back-up (of an ok movie).

DVDShrink makes everything easy, uncheck anything you don't want (extra languages and audio, etc..), rip, and burn with Nero and your done.
