  1. Hi...

    Been trying to convert a few small avi files (maybe 35 Mo each). The sound is fine but I get a black screen instead of the video. I thought they weren't real AVI's so I converted them in plain AVI files using WinMPG (All to AVi) and the file was not supported with TMPGEnc...

    And usually, during the conversion we can see the movie scenes, I only saw a black screen. WMP can read those avi files (before the conversion) just fine .

    Any ideas please ???

    Test your files with Gspot or Avicodec and see if you have the codecs.

    Use Gspot and make sure that you have the codecs required.
