is it possible? i have a 600mb mpeg file want to burn it to DVD. plz list tools/guides

The main ingredient in a video DVD is mpg video, so with no more info than this, only steps left may be: author and burn.
Chances are that it's not that simple tho - take a look under WHAT IS -> DVDR and make sure your mpg fits the bill. If not, you most likely have to reencode.
